Wow what a lovely little pub , Not very often do u find a pub that feels traditional, and I'm so glad my son and I stumbled on this little gem , The food was absolutely Mitchell star ? the best meal I've had out in a long time . We were looking for some lunch today after visiting Lotherton Hall, and came across this pub which looked lovely so thought we would call in.<br>We ordered a drink each and sausage sandwich & chips which were delicious and very well priced and presented beautifully. We found this pub by accident and the food we had was first class. Unfortunately, I'm a vegetarian and found this to be one of the worst pubs I've been in recently regarding catering for vegetarians. There was nothing on the menu for me, I saw a lady eating a burger on the next table and I asked the waitress if I could have a vegetarian burger with chips and onion rings but was told that they didn't do them.
