A great family-run pub with an old school vibe and banging burgers! We (family group of 10) were staying nearby and came for lunch. We received a very warm welcome and great service, especially from the junior members of the team - highly recommended!
I’ve never felt more comfortable in a pub. The staff are wonderful, great selection of drinks along with hearty food, a real home from home. The family who have taken over are a delight and have made what was once a rather intimidating experience, warm and friendly. Love this place, the beer garden is a sun trap too!
After a very emotional funeral, the wake was held here and what a difference it made. ~The people (owners/staff) were absolutely terrific. The food was delicious and plenty of it. So helpful, kind and thoughtful. A real gem - thanks to all
