We went to Brighton from London as a one day trip and on the way to the beach saw this hot pot Chinese restaurant near the station. I had never tried hot pot before and wanted to try it. On the way back it was a bit too late and we a group of seven went there and there was no space. They offered us a downstairs room with only BBQ meat and other add ons. We needed a quick meal close to the Brighton train station and stumbled upon this gem. We choose to order items prepared in the kitchen rather than cooking at our table. All four dishes were amazing and all were very generous portions. The service was fantastic. Contrary to other reviews, there are plenty of mildly flavored dishes, just ask the server for advice!
