I met my friend for a lovely walk and catch up and ended up in Nero for a coffee. The service, coffee and atmosphere were all fabulous. Staff were very helpful even though it was incredibly busy. Unfortunately the bathroom desperately needs a deep clean, hairs dust, urine on the floor and the smell was overpowering. Such a shame that this one area let everything else down.
Cafe Nero is a fantastic spot for great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere for dogs. All round okay experience. HOWEVER, when I went to use the bathroom I was severely displeased. There was what I assumed to be discreation on the floor, the pipes looked mouldy , it didn’t smell good and for it apparently being cleaned 3 times that day already I wasn’t pleased. Toilet also wasn’t very good to flush. Please improve.
