We booked The Ego on various recommendations and was not disappointed. The food was delicious and good value for money. The staff were extremely polite and provided a fast, enjoyable service.
Had the starter of King Prawn Cocktail and my partner had the goats cheese both were really nice. Then had fillet steak which was really succulent and tasty.<br>Let down a little with the battered onions which were nowhere near as crispy as we've had on a number of occasions previously. No dessert this time. The house merlot was really smooth and went well with the meal. Friendly service as usual.
