If I could give a minus review for the customer service here I would. The servers just stare at you, wrap your food and thrust the card reader at you for payment. Some lessons in customer service wouldn't go a miss with these girls

Seeing all the negative reviews, we didn't dare try the fish and chips here despite it being nearby, for quite some time. But luckily in the end we did. We bought fish and chips several times now, and every single time the fish was freshly made with the golden and crispy batter. Fries were OK, as expected. The staff were nice and friendly. Took the opperunity to get a Jacket Potato from Captain Johns. It was for Lunch, hence why I got the Jacket Potato with Med. Chicken. The food was nice, wouldn't say anything to amazing, decent for £5.
