The lady who welcomed us on arrival was very nice and polite. However, the subsequent waitress was very abupt, bordering on rudeness. Just before leaving I reported a water leak in the gents toilet, it was obvious they knew about it and didn't care!
Being dog friendly is a huge plus.. if you're after some good steak, then I can't recommend Duke of York more.. Easily the best steak around in Essex.<br><br>Atmosphere is so welcoming and staff are lovely.<br><br>Keep it up !
Really lovely place! We went there for a christening/birthday celebration and everything went so smooth. The food was amazing, the service was really fast and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended.
