Adams Fish Bar

The ribs from this chip shop are the best in Essex. Yes I've tried them all and these guys win hands down. Always served with a smile and even when it is busy the staff are superbly efficient.

Food orders made for 5 people via Uber. Some of the order was missing. When I explained that it was needed for children they exceeded my expectation by agreeing to get one of their own staff to deliver the missing food. As a good will gesture they added some extra food. The fish and chips were as good as remembered from a while ago. I would recommend Adams to anyone wanting well cooked fish in a light batter and non greasy well cooked chips

Lovely food, cheap price, only complaints I have are: 1) could do with a new sign (the lights on the current open sign are only half working and reads "en") 2) Cash only! For what costs 2.40 for a portion of chips, ended up costing me double because I had to use the ATM around the corner and that charges to make withdrawals. It shouldn't be that hard in this day and age to get a portable card reader to expand your customer base by accepting more payment methods
