The Royal Pub & Restaurant

My first time at the Royal, of which we had Tapas. A pretty marvellous menu with top notch food. Cooked to the highest of standards, simply delicious as one would say! Compliments to the chef. Altho mistakenly I thought a Jalapeño, was a pepper. That was an awful mistake ?. Service was brilliant, lovely atmosphere! Will be visiting again rather soon.

Excellent atmosphere, superb food. It was worth the travel from worksop.<br>Pigs cheeks and the lamb chops were amazing!! Don't expect the food to come all at once. It's very relaxed and comes out very fresh when each meal is ready. The only downside is that the dedicated driver pays a lot for an expensive non alcoholic drink ( orangeade, £2,10 for a half pint ??), 80 pence to top up your gin with lemonade ?? Couldn’t have enjoyed the food any more than I did it was fantastic!! Big shout out to Joe the chef the food was incredible and the gent and ladies serving were great also. Had a great time with my Mrs. Would highly recommend!!
