Casa Romana

Have been eating at this restaurant since 1984. Used to love it but the last few times it's slowly losing it's cosy family run aura and just seems more like a money making machine for someone looking to retirement. For the first time since I have been going here no complementary olives or bread. Sorry, lost its sparkle for me.

Visited many years ago and wasn't overly impressed then, thought after reading the reviews we'd give it another go, unfortunately still of the same opinion.<br><br>Waitresses were friendly but not overly attentive, the owner/head waiter was rude and unwelcoming, when we left no one said goodbye.<br><br>The place was chaotic! Lovely bit of veal, wasn’t personally a big fan of the lemon sauce but hey that’s just me! Great flavours all round and want to come back to try the charcoal grilled veal. Great little spot.
