Really like Neros Northbrook and the staff, but lately it's become very dirty. Floors are grimy, furniture is grubby and soiled - not very enjoyable to relax in a mucky deep seat chair ?

Great freindly staff, young girl with dark hair served me a delicious flat white, upselling not pushy at all nice relaxing time in store. Great extraction of esspresso , great milk texture!! Amazing service!! Very rare for coffee chains!!
