Riverside Restaurant & Bar

Food was good but was zero atmosphere and staff just about spoke. My friend got stuck in loo because of lock on door was broken, after going through two or three members of staff who obviously had no experience and too young, it ended up that I opened door with spoon. Very disappointed over all, they all seemed to busy to take two or three moments to apologise or at least offer my friend a drink. And for this reason I give them a 2 out of 10.

A great restaurant located in the Hilton Belfast.<br>It is characterized by attention to detail in the design (floor tiles are modeled on the Giant's Causeway, the ceiling on the Titanic).<br>The restaurant offers a children's menu and a delicious selection for adults.<br>The service is excellent.<br><br>Kid-friendliness: Children's menu<br><br>Wheelchair accessibility: No problem

The bar and restaurant staff were lovely. Special shout out to Micah who was a brilliant. She went over and above. The food was just nice but my steak was over cooked. The staff definitely made this restaurant 4 star. If just judging on food alone it would be 3.5*
