Trout Inn Oxford

We had a lovely lunch here where Dan (a lovely young man) was a real credit to the team - if he didn’t know the answer he soon found out and then made sure that Alice his manager jumped in to take care of my wife’s food intolerances. The food was excellent, the ambience just right and the service exceptional. Thank you for making our day such a special one. Jules, Sandra, Owen and Victoria.

A Great Place in a perfect setting - clearly a very popular location - on the bank of the river Thames - it must be lovely in the summer. We had chosen it from the internet, as a good location, equidistant from our home in Cambridgeshire and our two sons and their ladies. We visited for lunch on Friday,a group of six friends ready for a relaxed lunch and a long awaited catch up. Everything about the afternoon was perfect, we were taken to our table and our server was Jake who gave us time to settle before taking our drinks order. Our drinks were brought to the table, Jake could see that we were catching up so gave us time before taking our food orders. The food was excellent and well presented.
