Well worth seeking out this place if you are ever in Morecambe, a proper old style boozer which has survived the trend of modernisation which most pubs have fallen under. Shirl, the deputy Manager, was welcoming and very friendly and looked after us the whole time we were there for lunch. What a cosy pub with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff! Did was delicious and generosly portioned, great value. Good real ale. Huge dessert, totally gorgeous and goey. Loved this place wish we lived nearer.

We happened across this pub on a walk along the Lancaster canal from Carnforth. We popped in for lunch and were welcomed warmly by Steph who introduced the menu and brought us our chosen drinks. The food was freshly prepared, tasty and good value. The pub was a lovely old building on different levels and was well worth the visit. Don't miss it if you're on the Bolton le Sands area.
