KFC Liverpool - East Prescott Road

The staff are always friendly YES,The food is always hot NOT,The box of chicken is never swimming in grease TSUNAMI,The order is always complete NEVER,They are always really quick NO,For a multi million pound industry we are talking about getting the basics right it's not hard KFC need to try a lot harder especially when there is so many options out there.

Was a convenient stop off when in the area. Was much better in terms of cleanliness and food quality than my local Kentucky which we've given up on. Staff were friendly and efficient.Food was piping hot and not greasy.

Went to get food, used the machine to pick order, didn't print out a receipt, Went to pick up food and explained what happened,they knew the order and it was put together quickly, got home and it wasn't even similar to what we ordered, went back and everything was put right without fuss, staff are very helpful and I'd like to think it was just a mix up, despite this I'd recommend it , there is also a KFC on edge lane, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone,...read full review
