The Wyndham Arms

Beautiful village pub. Thank you for having us. Popped in mid walk to see if they were serving food later in the day as we were staying in the area. They served food until 8pm but was on a reduced menu due to change over which was perfect for us. When we returned it felt like we were greeted with open arms and great friendly service. It was lovely to see this is still a welcoming traditional village pub, serving lovely food and drink, at very reasonable prices. The landlady and customers were very friendly and would definitely go again soon.

We often at in the area, but when the busy pub on the main road is full. resort to the Wyndham Arms. The quality of the food is now at best mediocre so just try the basic pub grub pies (if they are not hard overcooked) - and ham and egg chips.
