I’m 53 so I have had plenty of meals in my lifetime and I can easily say that this was the beautiful meal I have ever had- taste, aesthetics, presentation - everything. Absolutely top notch food! Lovely to be able to take our dog in such a lovely environment.<br>Book in advance to get a dog friendly table in the Snug.<br>All the staff were attentive, knowledgeable about the food and helpful.<br>The food was fine dining at it's absolute best.<br>We live 7 hours away by car unfortunately, but will definitely be back next time we are nearby.

Cocktails at the bar before an exceptional dinner in the 1610 restaurant. Contrary to what the 2024 version of Le Routard indicates, this is not traditional pub cuisine but rather gourmet cuisine. Impeccable service (I loved Adele's smile).
