I believe the name was Sienna - she was a massive help when I ordered through Just Eat, after placing my order I realised it was missing an item so I called them up and Sienna answered and apologised and told us she would be able to bring the missing items to my home after she had finished her shift, so very greatful ?

the staff working there were the nicest people ever.me and my friend went in and both of the ladies working there were welcoming and made us cheer up after we just had the worst experience ever in starbucks.they were joyful and made us comfortable the second we stepped inside.will 100% return to this greggs and i recommend a pay rise for both of the ladies working there.
