Visited this for the first time and I was amazed by the exotic flavours of ice cream on offer - and taste? Good food and a variety of ice cream choices however this lady in the staff had an incredible attitude one that can make anyone laugh and get annoyed at the same time .We went to her and asked for some marshmallows, she sulks over it and says ,”it’s chargeable” .Hell yeah , it is and we know that .She threw all kinda Karen looks and responded likewise , very rude and not a good customer facing person .I would had rated this as a 4.5 star had it not been for this lady.

Had the banoffee waffles and they were insane! Well priced too. The service was really good, felt like they were genuinely happy to hear how much you enjoyed the food. Amazing place.
