The Chequers, Hainford

Great to see the new owners doing well. They have brought in local drinks of all kinds to help smaller businesses. The food is moderate price but you get a very good portion which makes the price worth it. Really recommend, this is one of my favourite local country pubs!

You have a beautiful pub / restaurant , the food and service was excellent . The only thing that let you down was the toilets ( the ladies) The smell was awful, the toilet cisterns didn't flush properly so they were not clean, everything thing reminded me of a school toilet area , peeling paint on the walls just not a nice experience. Food and service good, quiet in pubs and the carpark is gravel, level and quiet , seabass was definitely worth the visit<br><br>Kid-friendliness: Children playground and good outside seating
