The Square Fish Café

We were greeted with a smile and told we could sit anywhere and menus were bought over, but then it took ages for the waitress to come and take our order to the point where I thought perhaps we were supposed to order at the bar. Visited this restaurant on our first day of holidays and they had a table available, nicely decorated place, clean and allowed dogs inside. Nice seating area outside overlooking the local church with car park just outside.<br>The prices are a bit steep there but food was amazing. Fast service by two lovely young ladies.

Great staff and relaxing venue. Unfortunately we will not return, the food let it down. Monk fish was cooked well, but needs a dressing option, new potatoes were fried, this was not advised on the menu. My partner had fish and chips. Very greasy batter with no taste, hate to say even the vinegar was tasteless.
