The Olive Tree

Was booked into a nearby Hotel where the food was poor so booked in for our 2nd night stay . It was very quiet when we went in but as we waited for our food , what turned out to be a couple of regular customers entered . A good sign and so it turned out to be . I had a tuna steak which was lovely and my partner maybe choose a safe option , Lasagne but it wasn’t the normal pub grade it was delicious. Not great. Young man that served us was good. Food was average at best, the whole restaurant looks like it needs a re vamp. Over £100 for two kids , two adults, shared starters and no dessert, definitely overpriced.

My wife and I booked a table here and we were pleased we did, the food was superb, the service excellent and the atmosphere relaxed, would definitely recommend this little gem to others.
