KFC Romford - Colchester Road

Just dined at this KFC and was served by a wonderfully lady named Rebecca. As I approached the counter I was greeted cordially with a smile. Rebecca helped me to use their digital menu board; quickly served my order, throughout she spoke to me and told me what to expect. Really impressed with this amazing lady. As I left Rebecca wished me a good day. This is Customer Service at its finest. Come and visit this KFC you won't be disappointed

Paula on the drive thru is by far the best member of staff Ive had serve me at the Gallows Corner branch. Always happy and helpful and a credit to her team. She deserves recognition for her great customer service.Parking: Straight Road, Gallows Corner, Romford RM3

1st class service from the ladies. Greeted with a smile, upsold for better value for money, decent parking.....in the days where your usually greeted by someone who can't be bothered in most restaurants, the staff I found very enthusiastic and engaging especially for a fast food place!
