The Staff team are great in Costa St. Oswalds, Gloucester. It's an exceptionally busy store but they all remain calm and know my order off by heart. Fab team. Superb job, guys.Parking: Not a massive car park but big enough and other spaces are available, as it's a retail park.
Used to be a great little Costa on the retail park. Have been there many times over the years. Last Saturday (April, 2024) however the staff were lack-lustre. No warm greeting and your drink was just left at the end of the counter without calling it out. There was a medium queue, but the three staff weren't working cooperatively or efficiently. Coffee is fine, atmosphere was lacking.
Great coffee and food. Friendly staff even though they were very busy and obviously under pressure.Only marked down a star due to tables not being cleared away because of not enough staff.
