Always busy with delivery people who don't speak English, which I understand but they could be saying anything. Sandwich gets made quickly and absolutely delicious. Wouldn't mind waiting 30 minutes. Poor employee is always there on her own, they need more staff but she's very well

Spacious. Plenty of space to sit & eat. Enquired about what drinks you can have in the meal deal. Lady said from the nozel or bottled, but when it came to charging me she only then revealed that bottles hike up the price of the deal; which means they're then not PART of the deal. Friendly enough, but staff could be better in engaging customers to find out what they're looking for & to give them a reason to come back soon. A tasty 6 inches of 'Sub', a £2.49 voucher, a bottle of Oran' Juice Jones and a very tired though very informative and plucky customer service assistant dutifully notifying every new customer that came in to queue that she was running low on produce due to an unexpectedly busy day! Give her a pay rise! ?
