Marney's Village Inn

This pub offers a varied menu for lunch and dinner.<br>I took my wife here today for lunch, hidden, quiet and off the beaten track.<br>Large garden to eat outside and friendly bar staff.<br><br>Parking: You have to get there early if you want a parking space.

So good for kids to run around outside. Our 3 year old didn't want to leave. We hadn't booked and the manager told us we'd have to wait before ordering lunch because of reservations they had later in the day. Book ahead!

We have visited twice this week and had a lovely time both times. Much 1 and only complaint....... the burger should come with a side salad!<br><br>To be fair I asked for a little bit on the side and got some. But was told next time I'd have to pay for my salad.
