Baskin Robbins Colindale

My family and I went to Baskin-Robbins. We were greeted with a smile, and an employee asked, "May I help you?" In this day and age, this is rarely done. The ice cream cake we wanted wasn't in stock, so the helpful young man called another branch to find out if they had it. First of all we spent £40 and their staff was so rude. I just asked for tissue and he threw it. Also he was in a rush or what we are looking into the menu and he is keep asking .. so rude very disappointed. Harrow branch is batter than this.
