Subway

Today (16/05/24) I went to subway close to closing time. I was disappointed to find only one person working a close. She seemed rushed off her feet and stressed with multiple orders in store and online. Under the circumstances, the young lady performed very well and got the orders out as soon as possible. Our food ended up being cold, not through any fault of the employee. If she had support, this wouldn't of been an issue and hope the higher ups rectify this scheduling issue.

Always seems busy and a little cramped when queuing but the service is fast enough and the food good quality. Staff are reasonably friendly but I think would benefit from a little training on professionalism in the workplace, it's fine to talk with your colleagues but it's a bit rude to be having a full conversation about your personal life with the other server whilst ignoring your customers (we don't disappear if you avoid making eye contact with us). Small Subway in the pedestrian area of the High Street. The serving area is quite cramped and over all the place is starting to look tired. There is seating for about 14 people. The staff were friendly and efficient, although the cramped feel of the place probably does not make one of the better branches to work in. Food is up to normal Subway standard.Reletive easy access for the mobility impaired. However, i would not recommend this branch for people confined to a wheelchair....read full review
