Came to wheathamstead for my birthday. Lovely restaurant. Served by Nicola. Excellent service. Nicola was polite, friendly and efficient. Her menu /food knowledge was great. She handled a group of lively young lads brilliantly and stayed so calm and professional throughout their meal.<br>My food was delicious. All three courses were great. Portion sizes are very generous so make sure you are hungry when you go.<br>All serving staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Had a lovely dinner with my partner on Thursday. My fillet steak was probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten! Side of garlic mushrooms and sauces were epic as well. Delicious pie for dessert, tasty cocktails. We’re definitely gonna be back!
