Front staff not attentive. I placed my order on the screen receiving a ticket to pay at the cashback. Waited 10 minutes being ignored . It took another member of staff to come and ask me if I was being seen too. NOT PLEASED.

I've given a 5 star just due to the lady at the front doing EVERYTHING!<br><br>SHE HAD A FRACTURED WRIST, WAS DOING EVERYTHING ONE HANDED and still had very little help from her other colleagues.<br><br>Due to this, I waited half and hour! She kept having to go to the kitchen to do the job of the others!<br><br>5 stars to this lady

Last time I visited the shop was packed, we waited 45 minutes for our order. Staff were working really hard and trying to move through the orders as fast as they could but with more than 10 delivery drivers in there the whole time waiting for deliveries who were upset waiting for their deliveries I could see staff were under a lot of pressure. But they handled the situation and themselves well.Food was good and hot despite the pressure they faced.
