Despite ordering on the app to save time, l then waited a further 15 minutes in the drive thru queue as the parking area was completely full. Upon reaching the food collection window I was ushered into the full car park and then had to wait a further 15 minutes for my “fast” food. Food was ok but this macdonalds is clearly taking on too many orders and is unable to deliver “fast” food

Probably the worse macdonalds I have been to, food never ready in drive though! 15 mins and even half hour wait in the car park! No disrespect but all the staff look like they should be in school! Pls macdonalds step in and take the franchise away and get a new one in!

It gets progressively worse here ! I swear never to return, forget after a year or so, return, and regret it immediately. From the staff after a 45 min wait in the rain "I dont know how or when we will get your food to you and i dont care". To the agressive fellow customers trying to physically fight you.
