KFC Earlsfield - Garratt Lane

First time visited, Very nice customer’s service in this store, food was very nice and fresh. Speed of service wow and the cashier named Nisa was helping me to find what i want exactly. She gave great customer service and a welcoming smile. Highly recommended and for Halal food ??

Being a manager of big retail corporation I visited the Earlsfield KFC today to buy some lunch for my team and I was blown away from the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JENNI (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she was wonderful and working there for 5 people in one . The food as always is delicious at KFC and I cannot complain about quality. The service was very slow to begin with. The customer assistant serving was unable to coordinate with staff preparing food at the back efficiently. They literally had to shout at both ends of the shop to communicate. I would advise some sort of a device that can be safely used to communicate within the shop or talk softly or find a different method of communicating respectfully while at work.Dietary restrictions:...read full review
