This is the second time I have been to this branch recently, and I noticed the atomsphere changing from ambient to very tense when the manager was trying to demonstrate to a member of staff how to make a drink. She started by saying no not like this in a rude way to the staff very abruptly.The poor lady was just taking the abusive treatment. Always a good service , speedy and kind. Unfortunately the pastries never seem fresh and cakes could do with a revamp. An ongoing issue with all Costa branches not specific to this one.Parking: There is on the road pay and display parking.
