I've had good and bad experiences. The last one put me off. The tray I got was soaking wet and had some brown goo on it which I only saw after I'd sat down. The glass they gave me for my tea was dirty, when I asked for another one it was also dirty, 3rd one was fine. It's a shame because Costa is usually a great brand but this specific branch has issues.
Mixed feelings about this Costa. It's not very big and during busy times the queue can be long and good seating can be limited.Staff are great and friendly. Coffee is always good. Would benefit from always having 3 staff on duty.Parking: It's part of a Tesco complex, so loads of parking but no specific Costa parking and so disabled access is not close.
Love Costa coffee , bit expensive thoe , and Brockworth Costa I have just visited took 20 mins to get served with 3 young staff running around , making mistakes , no leadership at all
