50% of the time it works ok. But often no paper in order point. Lack of condiments. You order eat in and it is prepared for takeaway. Saturday mornings the just eat type of companies take over so normal customers are neglected.

I went in on Saturday around the midday rush but despite it being packed inside I had 2 lovely members of staff, Tom (working on handing out orders) and Frankie (shift manager) who made the experience a lot less stressful so thank you. Great customer service!!

Bought a caramel frappe(thinking it would be like a Costa one,where you add coffee)...daughter tried it-I had bought it for her-& she said it tastes funny. Sure enough it tasted of coffee.I talked to the manager who insisted it was coffee-flavoured. What a load of bull!!Have since looked it up...McDonalds need to put a marker saying which ones have coffee in them.Had a lovely young lad name Frankie who was thoroughly helpful & very kindly talked to my daughter(she is Autistic...read full review
