Just wanted to share a great experience I had yesterday at [shell basset]. The customer service was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with the NYC representative I spoke with. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not only was the service excellent, but the store was also impeccably clean. I'm definitely coming back!"

The nicest, most cheerful man just served me, here at the fuel station. I didn’t buy fuel - just provisions so I was in an out in a blink of an eye - yet this chap whose name I didn’t read (wish I had) was sooo friendly - smiling, helping me with what I needed - commented on the fact that it is ‘rain, rain, rain’ just now (with a cheerful grin as he spoke) and truthfully, simply brightened my speedy visit on a miserable night !It was 18:16 tonight, Mon 31/10 (my receipt...read full review
