There’s nothing that makes customers feel more valued than stepping through the door, waiting in line - and seeing their order (large Latte) being brewed before they’ve even spoken!! Such is my experience at Oakengates where I visit about 2-3 mornings a week. I visit the oakengates shop most days in a morning, the staff are always happy and smiling, the food is always at a high standard. Got to be the best Gregg's in Telford by far for food and great staff
