We were served by a friendly male member of staff.<br>Hand gel is available by the door.<br>We asked for some lettuce but never received any.<br>No vegan aioli anymore.<br>Floors need a deepclean but other than that appeared hygienic.
Sometime you find out how good a place is when something goes wrong. I've been to this branch many times and, being a fast food place, I didn't pay a lot of attention to the service. However, for the first time ever I had to return some food. The new rotisserie chicken tasted awful. The staff made no fuss and offered me replacement. They even joked about it the next day.
Now I've got the Subway loyalty card, I'm hooked! I work in Wellington and it's a nice place to go for lunch. Seating upstairs for a nice view over the Market Square.
