Popped into Starbucks with my daughters on our brief trip to Basildon for a coffee. Although the two cold drinks were swiftly made, mine was unfortunately overlooked and I waited for about 5 minutes before I had to ask where mine was. The barista did apologise and I eventually got my drink. There wasn't a lot of food options and I just had a coffee.
Used to have an American manager who was terrible so avoided it for years!Now the manager is first class super professional great service and wonderful Eggnog latte.Thank you definitely a returning customer.?
Everytime I visit basildon(Eastgate) Starbucks the girls who work there are alway so helpful and friendly I just love there bubbly personalities ,makes coffee time so much nicer, well done girls keep up the good work .
