Seated quickly and served pretty quickly, this was the best part! The food was average, looked like it was thrown on the plate and the same with the service, plate was thrown down. The restaurant looked pretty dirty, the tables were sticky so not the best experience. Won’t be returning in a hurry!

Staff seem to resent anyone causing them to be even slightly inconvenienced, it spoiled the visit<br><br>Kid-friendliness: Not very, tho' colouring in page and crayons were provided<br><br>Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessable, but didn't please the staff to make room for it

Second time going to Wagamamas, first time was better than this time. Was seated fast and everything was explained to us we ordered drinks, starters and mains however drinks came after mains which was weird bit not really a problem. Servers were friendly, food was appetising but did not taste as good as the first time however the chicken gyoza starter was quite scrumptious. Was seated in a good place not too close too anyone and the lights improved the atmosphere dramatically...read full review
