Not welcoming. My husband and I have enjoyed visiting The Angel for 7+ years and more frequently since we moved to the area 4 years ago. The warm welcome that made the place so special has gone and the front of house staff greet you with rules and reasons to leave. To be avoided if you fancy an impromptu refreshment.
Great B&B. We stayed here for two nights for a wedding nearby. We were late to check in but Scott had waited around and was really nice on arrival. The room/en-suite is spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast next morning is high quality with the lovely Sophie on hand the next morning.
Excellent meals & outstanding service provided to my group of 6.<br>Fabulous period property thankfully located away from the busy High Street.<br>Highly recommended
