UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY<br>It's good that a company replies although, in this case, it was somewhat defensive as your responses to all 3 issues raised was to quote company policy. So:<br><br>1) I didn't find payment complicated, just over processed, as did the staff. Not been for a while as it is expensive and a treat. We opted for the ckicken and bacon sandwich with fries and salad. The food was excellent very tasyy and hot. Kam, Feilx, Beth and Jess were our hosts and they were very attentive and friendly. A lovely place to visit for a special treat. Thank you. Elaine and

Went early this morning for their sunday food. We we're the first in so it was quiet got a wonderful server who made some great recommendations. The food was beautiful tasting and presented so well. The pub slowly got busier inside and out and the beer garden afterwards in the sun was a beautiful venue. Will be going back!
