Arrived at the Duke today to be greeted by a rude stand in manager who broke the news that they had double booked the party room for my 6 year old birthday party and there was nothing they could do with a shrug of the shoulders. Obviously very upset with six year old in toe was told to take the child away. Assuming so she didn't look mean telling a child her party is cancelled.
