Caffè Nero

Pretty alright place. Cool that it's dog friendly. The staff so far have always been nice. It's the place that everyone loves to go to for a sit down coffee.It's personally not my kind of place as I prefer quieter places for sit down, relaxing with tea. And it does get very busy and noisy in there a lot. Not helped by how densely packed the tables and chairs are for max capacity. Good location. Nice atmosphere. Nice but rather expensive coffee (circa £4). Lovely staff. But the place is let down by the little things such as cleanliness, lack of investment - fixtures and fittings looking tired. Bins in bathroom full. Bits of litter strewn around the place. Hand dryer not working.the entire place needs a good scrub.

Won't go anywhere else. Coffee is great, staff are greater. Only slight negative is they have removed a couple of food items I loved (vegan meatball sub & oat raisin cookie), but that's a corporate decision, not a store one.Vegetarian options: Limited but there.Parking: Directly outside is paid and disabled parking.
