Bob & Berts Ballymena

I have never left feedback for any food establishment before, but my wife and I decided we should because the staff were just so lovely. Really pleasant, chatty, and really good with our kids.

Luke and Michelle were so so nice! Made our visit! Lovely warm welcoming staff and very helpful and chatty couldn't of asked for a better! Thank you<br><br>Vegetarian options: All good

Interesting to say the least in a world concerned greatly on health and safety. I carried my coffees to the table and burned my hand. Flat white was put in a glass with no handle....it was very hot. I'm glad I did this because the coffee was for my elderly mother whom I take out of the nursing home for treats. This most definitely would have burnt her. I took it back to the till and pointed this out and was told this was Bob and berts standard glass for flat white coffee....read full review
