Asda Birchwood Superstore

I was in store today with way son who is non verbal ASD. He takes his snake Teddy everywhere and recently also a small keyring with a plush pony. He dropped “pony” and as any mum with an autistic child can imagine, the meltdown started to build. It's a normal Asda as every other Asda good choice of products but there could be a bit more of toys and DIY products.Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful except 3 women that are most of the time on selfscan and click and go they never smile or greet and are able to ignore you for a very long time before one of them will come up to you over than that the store is clean products are in their locations and not throwed everywhere

Today I had some Dove deodorant in my trolley but when I got to checkout ( computer says " can't sell this to you" ). Can I ask why is this on the shelf to be purchased? This is a store selling goods which are on display,or have I got the wrong idea about trading. This product was removed from my trolley and I had to go elsewhere to purchase it ,which I did. Not impressed with service.
