What is happening to McDonald's. I ordered and paid for fast food through the McDonald's app. The drive-throu queue was backed up outside onto the main road. When I eventually went through the drive-through, I got asked to wait up in the waiting area. I'm not kidding. This was chocker using more of the Asda carpark. There was a 20-minute wait because orders were going wrong. Staff were not the friendliest. But I put that down to having a bad day. You have to walk into the road to gain access from the outer carpark.

Called in to Macdonalds West Lane Runcorn for a breakfast pick up, ordered from my app at approx 07.50am Sat 13 July.
