Lu-Ma Cafe

Food was good but overshadowed by the poor service. Sat at a table for a good 5 mins before it was cleared and I had to ask for it to be cleaned.When we asked if we could have some water, the waiter decided to simply point and pull a face. Haven't really experienced that level of rudeness in a cafe before.

I’m a bit baffled by some of the people here saying it isn’t good service here. I’ve been Lu-Ma with family and friends about 10 times. I’ve lived here for just over a year. I have loved the place and the atmosphere each time. Im always impressed by the service and their willingness to accommodate you even if they are fully booked and the food is just wonderful. So pleased with the customer service! It’s been difficult to find friendly service in London recently, so it was definitely refreshing to see how nice the team was. I’ll definitely be back :)
