Overcharged me with confidence when questioned and then when I stood and added it up refunded me £2. Felt as if they were hoping I didn't notice... Least I got a refund but not impressed

Usually friendly staff however, I was shocked today how angry some of the staff got over a couple of customers that had queued at the wrong side of a table (myself included) We queued there because there were some people taking quite a while to choose their sandwiches and blocking the way.They didn’t say anything to the customers just chuntered angrily to each other loud enough for me and the other customers to hear.I don’t feel like it was necessary or good customer service...read full review

The inside area is of a reasonable size and the bakery is in a practical position at the 5 Rise Shopping Centre, being manned by friendly staff. I bought a delicious white chocolate cookie for less than £1 and after serving me, a lady was generous enough to refill my water bottle.
