Every member of staff involved in our visit was friendly, helpful, polite, and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and while staff were serving customers, they were also ensuring that good standards were maintained. The food came in very good time, was hot, and from a branding point of view, was exactly what we expected. As a regular Nandos customer, I can happily say that this visit was a great experience.
Food is pretty standard, I've had better nandos but tasty nonetheless.<br>Service is not great, server was a bit too intense.<br>Also, upstairs seating does not have the ice tea with the drinks, meaning you would have to go downstairs to have this drink bottomless. Also would say that the recent refurb is nice, but downstairs seating is easier and more comfortable.
